RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total amount to the bank account of the company Apartmaji Alpski cvet or to the bank account of the Bohinj Tourist Association. At the same time, the reservation is also secured by a credit card. Your credit card will be charged exclusively according to your instructions on the day of departure or only in the event of a late cancellation of the reservation. The remaining balance for your stay is to be settled at the accommodation prior to departure, either by bank transfer to the bank account or in cash.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the event of written cancellation, guests are entitled to the following deposit refunds:
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 90 % of deposit,
up to 21 days prior to arrival: 60 % of deposit,
up to 14 days prior to arrival: 40 % of deposit,
up to 8 days prior to arrival: 20 % of deposit,
7 days to 1 day prior to arrival: no deposit refund.
If the reservation is cancelled less that 1 day prior to arrival (or on the day of arrival), guests agree to make payment for the full agreed amount of accommodation for up to 3 days of rental.
Different refund conditions apply for some cancellations (e.g. ill-health, force majeure...).
